I was a jumping happy soul Yesterday nite or rather it should be counted as early morning today... whatever it is I am HAPPY...

Jamie, Jamie's fren Sue, Soo Fan, Esther, Kamtong and Jian Hwa was at my hse late nite to chill around and we were playing cards.. Suddenly my phone rang at 1am which shock me because my phone rarely ring at such hour.. I picked up my phone and saw the caller ID as Ferlens.. It took me a few seconds to register and I quickly pick up the call.. Never have I expected this Caller ID to appear on my phone as an INCOMING CALL.. It has been 4 years since I left and they hav never called me before.. My Sister in Switzerland called me.. we didnt talk to long but the called definitely made me super hyper.. my brain function was at top speed too.. BECAUSE i had to speak in french.. the last time i spoken in french was more than a year ago and I can hardly speak it anymore since I came back 4years ago.. but it was good cos my brain was force to remember the hidden language tt is store and rusty inside.. hahahhaa... Till now, I am still excited over it.. =) I miss her..

Hui Kee's Wedding n Staff Trip updates is coming soon.. In the process of completion..

Exactly one month ago on, I was sitting in the freezing cold exam hall, sitting for my last paper for this semester (Trade Finance).. Just in a blink, one month of holiday has gone by... so far I have been pretty happy with my holiday...

For the entire one month, I have been getting darker from each outing I had.. It first started when I had a splendid holiday in Gold Coast after my exam which got me super tanned and sun burnt.. but it was all worth for A truly enjoyable and memorable trip =)

GC trip has mark another chapter in this friendship...

The weekend right after I came back from Gold Coast, I was on a camp with the BISDS Youth.. We went to Agrotek in Hulu Langat for a 3day2nite camp.. I do enjoy outdoor activities and so I got my session2 of tanning... hahahaha.. It was more than a year since I last join camp.. It brought back alot of memories but memories will always remain as memories.. My all time favorite kid came to camp too.. Aunty Jackie brought her grandson along which made me even happier being there.. Super active boy that brought lots of joy and smiles to us..

Jst so adorable...

We had Flying Fox, River Tracking, Dodge Ball, Station games and other activities.. The BEST activity would be the Nite walk or better explained as jungle tracking in the night.. It was a LONG walk... it took about 3hour to complete the whole journey.. Being SO SMART, I did not bring my shoe.. Vanessa, Chiang and I wore slipper... the walk was slippery and muddy as it rained the previous day and the afternoon itself.. there were so many times that my slipper was stuck in the mud when my leg has already move forward to take the next step.. Throughout the walk, one could really see how each and everyone has shown teamwork and lend their helping hands to their group mates and friends... by the time we came back, I was exhausted..

Using my toe to Hold my slipper so tightly so it wont fly off!! =)

Chilling session

We are ONE

Being Laptopless for a week and currently still laptopless isn't at all fun.. it is torturous... Especially for someone like me that is so attach to my laptop.. Few more days and I will be reunited with my laptop again.. =) Anyway, My next post will be Ah Tiam & Hui Kee's Wedding and also Staff Trip...

Exam Result is OUT!!! A bit of heartache but I shall be grateful for what I’ve gotten…

Exam ended on the 16/11 for me and 3 days later, I was already on the plane flying off to Gold Coast for my long awaited holiday with Wai Chien.. It was a great 5days 5nite holiday for me… Not so great on the 1st nite actually because I spend the 1st nite on a full loaded Air Asia flight... Anyone who has taken Air Asia should know “comfortable” is their seat. The 8hour flight was quite a pain as I wasn’t able to sleep throughout the flight...

Upon Arrival, I was so glad that the rain in Malaysia did not follow me to Gold Coast… I remember when I went to Melbourne and Sydney in July, I was said to have brought rain with me!! … hahaha… I had to wait for about 2hours in the airport to welcome Wai Chien at the domestic arrival hall… It was definitely worth the wait because her arrival in Gold Coast marks the beginning of a happy holiday… 

The beach... the sand was so smooth..

We traveled all around Gold Coast to places we want to visit using their public transport – Surfside Bus, Gold Coast map and our Very own bus no 11 (our very own legs). Most the time we have to walk back and forth between our apartment in Chevron Island and Surfers Paradise. There are only 2 buses that will pass through Chevron Island but the last buses on weekdays are at 6something and worst on weekends the last bus is at 4something. Not to worry also as it is just a short 15mins walk from Surfers Paradise. But walking in with 3 trolley bags but only two person wasn’t at all fun. The place we stay was very decent and clean… It was cozy and comfortable… Peace and quiet all the time brought out a very relaxing feel for a true holiday… 

Yes we walk to our apartment with all this.. Not fun at all

The bus timetable that tells us " u need more exercise.. WALK"

We had very fulfilling breakfast and dinner throughout the entire trip. None of the meals had let us down in any ways… Two thumbs up for all the meals… We had Western Breakfast, Korean food for dinner, Mediterranean food for dinner, Japanese food for dinner and western Food for dinner… Each and every restaurant has brought out its very own uniqueness and specialty.. If u have heard of Dracula’s, I had dinner there too.. It was quite costly but it was a great experience and the show were really good though here and there I was lost because they were using Aussie jokes in which I have no clue about.. I admit I jerk in shock a few times cos the crew jst suddenly appear next to me and scare me.. Wai Chien laugh everytime I jump from my seat because she was sitting inside and I was sitting at the side so I was getting all the extra icing for the fantastic nite.. Upon entering their entrance, we had to hop onto the ghost train for a 40seconds ride which will lead us to the dining hall. It wasn’t too scary but the props and the atmosphere has surely got into me..

Close ur eye when u r scared

The best meal I had was the belated birthday treat from Wai Chien. The dinner did not come in surprise but the place and the present I receive from her was the big surprise. We went to this Ten Japanese Restaurant that apparently won the Best Fine Dining Award. Their entrance into the restaurant was one of the main highlight. I dunno how to describe their door but it is like those entrance you see in those olden Chinese show. When the door opens and u enter the secret room… Seriously it was how I felt when I saw that door… and it looks like it is close from the outside and when u walk toward is, it suddenly will open.. It was definitely scary to us but more interesting things happen throughout the nite but I shall keep the rest for myself before I get killed.. hahaha… The Food was really good and filling and the presentation of the food was really special and creative but it was such pressure eating with eye over on us the entire nite.. By the time we left the restaurant, we were bloated with their 10 course Japanese meal. Adding on to the high class restaurant, the toilet was even better. It was so high tech that for awhile I did not know how to operate it.. I got a very sweet birthday present. Something that I want to get but still in the waiting list as $$$ doesn’t allow... Wai Chien got me a gift from Swarovski Crystal… I shall repeat myself… A GIFT FROM SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL... I have always eyed their crystals…. Thank You so much for the thoughtful dinner and the birthday gift... That was definitely a nite to remember..

Yummy Delicious Desert to end the wonderful dinner

our Ala carte order..

Doesn't the look of it is enough to make u wanna eat it??

I LOVE IT!!! Muaxxx

Not to forget also we went to 3 themeparks - Wet and Wild, Movie World and Sea World which roasted me like a roasted pig… When I said roasted I really mean roasted… I enjoyed Movie world a lot… It’s like turning back time to where I was once young and innocent without any worries… All I need to do was being amused and attracted to each and every show and attraction inside…  The highlight for Sea World was the Dolphin show… I was so Into the show and even if fire was burning right beside me, I wouldn’t notice because I was too indulge in looking at the Dolphin show… the Sea Lion show was good too..

Shrek was the show that was in the SD Cinema..

Isn't the dolphins jst so beautiful...

I had a wonderful time in Gold Coast… The weather was hot but I am happy because the weather allowed us to accomplish all to do task in the itinerary that we planned for the trip. Many many many hugs and kisses to Wai Chien for planning the entire trip… Researching on where to eat for each meal and places that we must go in Gold Coast while making sure we are on budget cos she knows I am tied up with very little money to spend.. Without all this planning, the trip wouldn’t have turn out so smooth.. Thank you for making this trip such a memorable and happy Holiday…

I love this picture best in my phone

I do not have a camera so all this pictures that I Post up are from my phone.. There are more picture that u should see in Wai Chien’s blog.. Click on the link below and it will bring u to her blog..
